Obtaining permits

If your vehicle and its load exceed the legally permitted dimensions and weights, you will need an exemption permit to be able to carry out the transport in accordance with the law!

Application for paragraph 70 permit

In order to apply for a Paragraph 70 permit, you first need a report from TÜV Germany!

We will be happy to arrange an appointment with TÜV in Passau to obtain this report for your vehicle, with which we can then apply for your Paragraph 70 permit.

In the standard case, we apply for the Paragraph 70 permit including Paragraph 29 (3-year permit) for your vehicle.
